How to Make Cauliflower Rice

This is actually so easy, you’ll wonder why you’ve not been doing it your whole life.

1. Remove the leaves from a cauliflower

2. Break the cauliflower into smaller chunks.

3. Whizz in food processor for approximately 10 seconds, or until the cauliflower resembles rice

4. Fry off in a bit of coconut oil for about 20 minutes

For a bit of fanciness you can add some turmeric, slivered almonds and sultanas.
