If you want to get in touch about your Stepz membership but can’t make it into the gym near you during staffed hours simply pop your details in the form, select your home gym and add a brief description about your enquiry.
If you’re not sure which one is your home gym – it’s the one that you joined and completed your membership agreement with. If you’ve been with us a while and can’t remember which one it was just check your membership agreement, as this will have the full details of your home gym on it.
As Stepz is a franchise network and your home gym is privately and independently owned and managed, your membership enquiry will be sent directly to your home gym and your Club Manager will be in touch to give you a hand with your membership enquiry.
