24/7 Gym Access at 30+ Clubs
Your membership isn't tied to one gym. Train at any Stepz club in Australia, whether you've moved suburbs or you're away for work.
The first time you visit a different club, drop in during staffed hours so they can register your card. After that you come and go as you please.
Staffed hours vary by club, so check your gym's page for when a team member is on site.
Flexible or Committed, Your Choice
Standard Flexi and Platinum Flexi have no lock-in contract. Stay as long as it suits you and cancel with 30 days notice.
If you already know the gym is part of your routine, it's the better value.
Both options include the same access, the same equipment and the same support. The only difference is how long you're signing up for.

Membership FAQs
Can I use other Stepz gyms?
Yes. On a standard membership you can train at any Stepz club in Australia. The first time you visit a different club, drop in during staffed hours so they can register your card. Home club promotions are the exception, those cover your own gym only.
Do you accept Fitness Passport?
Yes, most Stepz gyms do. There's a $55 access card fee, and after that your Fitness Passport membership gets you in. Check with your local club, as a small number of gyms don't take it.
Do you offer casual or short term passes?
Yes. Options vary by club, so speak to your club manager and they'll sort out what suits you. Contact details are on your gym's page.
How old do I have to be to join?
You need to be at least 14. Under 18s need a parent or guardian to co-sign. Members aged 16 and under need a parent, guardian or personal trainer with them while training.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes. Let your club manager know. You can pause for two weeks at a time, up to four weeks a year, at no cost.
Can I cancel any time?
On Standard Flexi and Platinum Flexi there's no lock-in, cancel any time with 30 days notice. You can also pause your membership for up to four weeks a year at no cost, and your card works at any Stepz club if you move.
Stepz Saver is a 12-month agreement. If injury or illness stops you training, you can end it with a medical certificate. See our full FAQs for the details.

Yes. We offer a free 3 day trial at any Stepz club, so you can see if it's the right fit before signing up.
