CARDIO BOX

FIT

CORE

This conditioning session will have you challenging your core and get your 6 pack burning. Incorporating strength, balance and stability exercises to tighten and tone your midsection and improve functional strength and mobility.

YOGA FLOW

During this 60min session you will support and strengthen your deep core, tone your body and destress. Incorporating Yoga principles and poses, breathing exercises, stretching and functional movements your entire body will feel amazing after every class.
