Beware! Initially a good gym but there customer service and follow up if you have issues is sadly lacking. After 2 months, I got a new job in Sydney and tried to visit the Eastwood branch and use my pass to get in but couldn't - I contacted Dapto and was initially told it is at the discretion of the branch unlike other gyms like Jettz and Anytime fitness. When I contacted the Eastwood branch - they told me they would NOT accept my membership. I was locked into Stepz for a 10 more months but havent been able to use it since. When i posted this review to vent my frustration - someone contacted me and asked me to take down the review ... there was NO offer of assistance (early cancellation, refund of remaining period etc) so it is clearly evident - they want money with minimal effort or assistance.
MY REPLY: You rang once and never rang back again or even text me ... Your initial words were - take down the review please ... and there was no other offer of resolution. You really need to up your customer service game
