About Our Gym
At our Gym in Thornleigh, we shape people lives by providing real fitness solutions with our unique Hybrid Gym offering both a Dedicated Group Fitness Training Studio offering over 30 different sessions per week plus a 24/7 Gym. Our members can do their workouts in their own time, or be highly motivated and guided by our energetic Personal Trainers in our functional Workouts focusing on Core, Strength, Cardio or Boxing. We even offer stretch, pilates and Yoga sessions to find your “Zen” and improve mobility.
